a. Occasionally we know you may want to return items. We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed within 7 days, we will offer a refund less the carriage charge. A handling charge of 20% will be taken off the goods sale price. No refunds can be given after 7 days.
b. Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
c. To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
d. Return the package to the address on our contacts page
e. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
Our products are liquid chemicals and cannot be sent by the regular l Mail postal service ( with the exception of a few smaller twinpack items ).
For the vast majority of orders we use dedicated courier companies ( TNT/TOLL etc. ) therefore our rates reflect what we pay those service providers.
They are specially equipped to deal with chemical leaks / spillages
therefore they charge accordingly, delivery time periods vary between 3 - 7 days depending on the location..
Next Business Day deliveries apply to online orders received before 2p.m on the day, as our courier company collects from us at 3p.m. Although we will always try to despatch immediately, orders received after 2p.m are not guaranteed to be despatched until the next working day.
Our carrier will aim to deliver between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. You will be asked to sign for the delivery please check carefully that the goods are in good condition. If not please sign the delivery note from the carrier accordingly. Timed and weekend deliveries are not available.
All orders sent by Mail will be sent on the parcel post or Small Packet Service. We cannot accept any responsibility for late or damaged deliveries arising from these postal shipments. Recorded and Special Delivery is available on request. Please ask for a quote.
Polymer Technologies Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery in writing on the delivery note nor for goods left in any place at your request.
