Eli-Flex FR909/N60 is a two part polyurethane resin formulated to effect quick and easy conveyor belt repairs

Eli-Flex is available both in paste and liquid forms, 150gram, 300gram and 500gram packs, larger sizes upon request.

These have been formulated for applications on vertical or horizontal surfaces for instant conveyor belt and rubber repair.

Holes, tears, splits, cracks, sealing joints, preventing spillage, conveyor belt repair, fraying or stringing, side wall repair, exposed fabric carcass

Marine fender repairs and floating hoses, rubber rebuild and rubber repair, patch linings in chutes, tanks and pipes, rebuilding cleats.

Rubber castings/mouldings, rubber lining, water tight sealing, vehicle anti - roll bar repair.

Off road tyre repair for slow moving vehicles only, tractors, diggers and graders.

Eli-Flex is designed to be applied with a spatula or a similar tool. After a few hours the cured product achieves physical properties similar to the conveyor belt rubber cover.
